(hereinafter referred to as “Aliver” or “the Company”)

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, the Company hereby provides the following information on personal data processing:

1. Key Definitions

Data Subject: A natural person whose personal data is being processed.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing: Any operation performed on personal data (e.g., collection, storage, modification, transfer).
Controller: Aliver, which determines the purposes and means of processing.
Processor: A party that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Recipient: A party to whom personal data is disclosed.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

a) Contractual relationships (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Processing is necessary for entering into or fulfilling a contract.

b) Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
Particularly in the areas of accounting, tax records, and business documentation.
Examples of applicable laws:

• Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting

• Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax

• Act No. 280/2009 Coll., Tax Code

c) Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
E.g., website administration, marketing, protection of company rights, debt recovery.

d) Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
E.g., for publishing photographs, sending newsletters, or processing data on the website and social media platforms.

3. Recipients of Personal Data

• Contractual partners (e.g., accountants, legal advisors, IT administrators)

• Public authorities as required by law

• Providers of hosting, analytics, and marketing services (e.g., Google, Meta)

4. Data Retention Period

• According to statutory retention periods (e.g., accounting documents: 10 years)

• For the duration of the contractual relationship and any limitation periods

• Based on consent: until withdrawn

5. Rights of Data Subjects

• Right of access to personal data

• Right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing

• Right to object to processing

• Right to data portability

• Right to withdraw consent at any time

• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
